Confessions of a Music Addict

Confession: I REGRET NOTHING.

So, anyway, I'm making a reserve section for all the music I want because if I don't write it down somewhere I'll forget about it. And we don't want that now, do we?

Correct Answer: No, we don't.

Section Coming when the Font isn't T3H PH41L.

UPDATE (02.12.09): I swiped most of Ian's Metallica collection and burned it to my PC/iPOD, and I got the one Peter Frampton song that I actually wanted off a hitherto unknown CD my mom had. Actually, the thing was a bonanza. I got "China Grove," "Black Water," "California Dreamin'," "Joy to the World," and other stuff. Really nice haul for free, basically. Now I just need to find Ian's copy of the best of Black Sabbath, if I can.

UPDATE (03.04.09): In exchange for a quick errand, I received the only George Harrison CD(s) I'll ever want. Hell yes. Also, and this has no bearing on matters of music whatsoever, I HAS A JOB NOW. And you know what I'm going to do? I'm going to open a Roth IRA. That's what Johnny's going to do.

UPDATE (03.17.09): Okay, so I'm going to start making a weekly thing out of this CD shopping. It's therapeutic, and God damn if I couldn't use some therapeut. So here's the plan - I'm going to pick up a CD every week (I can afford this because I don't do anything else with my money) and I'm going to alternate between classic rock and metal. Because, let's face it, metal is the anthem of delivery personnel everywhere. Plug it into your car the next time you're driving and you'll see what I mean.

UPDATE (04.08.09): I took down the main list because I've got an organized one coming up. Soon, I'll have all the stuff on my iPod up here in addition to what I intend to acquire. In the meantime, I'm putting up the playlist I've been researching for Jessie-dear. No joke, I've been working on this thing for hours.

UPDATE (07.01.09): I HATE CUSTOMERS. Celebrate your country's independence by liberating a chunk of asphalt with a barely-legal co-ed...I mean explosive.

Warren Zevon

Well, I went to the doctor,
Said, "I'm feeling kinda rough."
He said, "Let me break it to you, son:
Your shit's fucked up."
I said, "My shit's fucked up?!
Well, I don't see how!"
He said, "That shit that used to work,
well, it won't work now."
